Dann will ich doch mal kurz aushelfen:

ROD = Registry of Deeds, vergleichbar mit dem deutschen Katasteramt
BIR = Bureau of Internal Revenue, sozusagen die oberste Steuerbehörde des Landes
PSA = Philippine Statistics Authority - also das statistische „Bundesamt“

Kurzer Nachsatz noch, wenn Dir die Abkürzung „NSO“ begegnet, dass war das, was heute das PSA ist (National Statistics Office).
